Life can take us through unexpected twists and turns. On the outside, things may appear fine—but inside, you might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who you are becoming. Maybe you're struggling to quiet racing thoughts, manage stress, or find a sense of peace. You may feel misunderstood or disconnected from others—and even from yourself.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship challenges, therapy can be a powerful space to feel seen, supported, and empowered.

I provide individual counseling for adolescents, young adults, and adults with the goal of helping you better understand your inner world, build positive coping strategies, and increase self-esteem. Together, we can explore your experiences, identify patterns, and work toward healing—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've had the privilege of working in diverse settings and supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and mental health needs. I tailor my approach to meet each client where they are, using evidence-based methods and compassionate care to guide our work.

Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I commend you for being here. If you're seeking a therapist who will meet you with authenticity, empathy, and a true passion for this work—I’d be honored to join you on your journey.

Deciding to pursue therapy is a deeply personal and often courageous decision. I believe that each of us is on a unique, ongoing journey toward wellness and restoration. My work focuses on integrated healing—nurturing both the mind and the body—to support meaningful and lasting change.

My goal is to provide the tools, insight, and support needed to navigate life’s challenges and overcome the obstacles that may arise along your path. I currently offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, and I look forward to helping you grow into the best version of yourself.

Throughout my career, I’ve provided clinical services in school settings and have also worked with adults, couples, and small groups in a variety of other environments. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual needs of each client. Sometimes, therapy can be short-term and solution-focused. Other times, it is a deeper, more gradual process—one that involves healing the many parts of the self that have been shaped by life experiences.

Above all, my priority is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story, connect with your inner strengths, and move toward self-healing.
